Account Management
You can view and manage the currently active account (workspace) information displayed at the top, subscription status, and credit usage.
Account Management
Go to the Account Management page by clicking [Account Management] in the left menu or by clicking [Account Management] in the profile menu at the top right.

Account Settings
You can check the unique ID of the currently used account (workspace) displayed at the top and edit its name.
Change account name: Changing the name of the currently used account (workspace) will be reflected in the account name shown at the top.
To change the user name that appears in the top-right profile menu and is reflected on screens that show user information such as billing history and usage history, [Profile Page]please refer to.

Plans & Usage
You can check the overall credit balance available for use. Promotional credits, subscription credits, and purchased (top-up) credits are shown separately, and you can view the quantity of each type and the total sum. The same information can also be checked in the credit area at the top right.
Total: The total number of credits currently available for use.
Promotional credits: Credits granted through events or promotions.
Subscription credits: Credits provided monthly according to your subscribed plan.
Top-up credits: Credits purchased separately through credit top-ups.
Credits are Promotion → Subscription → Top-up deducted automatically in that order.

Manage Subscription
You can view and manage the account's subscription information. For details on how to subscribe and manage subscriptions, [Subscribe page]please refer to.

Cancel Subscription
Change plan (Upgrade / Downgrade)

Credit Top-up
You can top up credits and check payment history. For detailed top-up instructions, [Top-up credits page]please refer to.

Subscription history
You can view payment history for subscription plans. Subscription payments made so far are listed, and you can check the detailed status of each payment.
Payment date: The date and time the subscription payment was processed
Subscription plan: The type of plan paid for (e.g., Lite / Plus)
Subscription month: The subscription period to which the payment applies
Payment amount: The actual amount paid
Status: Payment and credit issuance status (e.g., credits issued / payment failed, etc.)

Subscription history only shows monthly subscription plan payments, credit top-up payment history is not included. Credit top-up payment history can be checked on the [Payment Information page].
Usage History
You can view detailed records of credit top-ups and usage. You can see when credits were topped up, what actions they were used for, and which type of credits were deducted.
Date & time: The date and time when a credit top-up or usage occurred
Type of credit used: You can check which type of credit (promotion / subscription / top-up) was deducted.
Usage item: You can check what action the credits were used for, such as banner creation.
Change amount: Top-ups are shown as +, usage is shown as - .

Payment Information
You can check registered payment methods and payment history for subscriptions and credit top-ups.
Payment method: When you subscribe or top up credits, the payment method used is automatically registered, and the registered card can be used for future payments. You can change or deactivate card information if necessary to manage whether it is used.
Payment history: You can view subscription payments and credit top-up payments together. By default, only successful payments are shown, and if you turn off the [Show successful only] toggle, you can also view canceled and failed transactions. Clicking on each payment entry area will show the detailed information for that payment.
Date & time: The date and time the payment was made
Details: The product or payment type purchased
Amount: The actual amount paid
Status: Whether the payment was successful, canceled, or failed
