# Editing Outputs and Variations

## 1. Banner List

When banner creation is complete, the generated assets are first shown in the **Banner List**.

1. **Banner List:** You can review all generated banners and select a banner to move to the detail screen.
2. **Pin to top (Unpin):** You can pin a selected banner to the top of the list for easy viewing, and unpin it if needed.
3. **Expand Style**: <mark style="background-color:blue;">**While keeping the basic concept and overall style, quickly expand the banner style by simply modifying some elements such as the logo, product image, and copy.**</mark>You can.
4. **Upload Banner:** In the banner list, you can manage not only banners created in FIXFOLIO, but also banners uploaded directly, <mark style="background-color:blue;">**and you can quickly modify and expand uploaded banners using detailed editing and variation features as well.**</mark>You can.
5. **View as Gallery**: You can view all banners in the banner list in gallery form.
6. **Download All**: You can download all banners in the banner list at once.

Expand Style is a feature that creates a new style by extending an existing banner with the desired changes applied.

#### (1) Make simple text edits <a href="#expand_style_simple" id="expand_style_simple"></a>

1. Enter anything you want to additionally apply when expanding the style. If you type the desired task in natural language, such as changing the background color, adding elements, or adjusting the style, it will be reflected in the generated result. *(e.g., “Make it feel like summer,” “Brighten the background,” etc.)*
2. After entering the content, select the number to generate, and **\[Expand Style]** when you click the button, a banner reflecting the changes will be generated.

You can also make image-based edit requests by attaching one image in the input area.

#### (2) Edit images/copy together <a href="#expand_style_detail" id="expand_style_detail"></a>

If you want to edit the image or copy as well, **\[You can select only the needed parts to edit, such as the logo, product image, reference, and copy.]** You can click an area to change detailed settings.

* **Change logo image**
* **Change product image**
* **Change reference**
* **Change banner ratio to create**
* **Edit main copy / sub copy / button (CTA) copy**
* **Additional request:** Enter anything you want to additionally apply when expanding the style. If you type the desired task in natural language, such as changing the background color, adding elements, or adjusting the style, it will be reflected in the generated result. *(e.g., “Make it feel like summer,” “Brighten the background,” etc.)*

After setting it up, select the number to generate, and **\[Expand Style]** when you click the button, a banner reflecting the changes will be generated.

In Expand Style, attach a person image to the prompt and **enter the desired action, pose, and creative direction together to use it in banner creation.**&#x59;ou can.

Rather than reproducing an image that can identify a specific person as is, **please use it by entering a prompt that references a specific style or pose while also changing some appearance elements in detail.** To ensure it is not expressed as the same person, be sure to **clearly enter the elements to change, such as appearance features (hair style, face shape, etc.), clothing, and gender,**&#x73;o that commercial use is more stable.

After attaching a person image to the prompt, specify the desired edit direction in detail.

If you want to edit a banner you already have or expand it into various ratios, you can upload it to FIXFOLIO through the \[Upload Banner] feature and then use the detailed edit and variation features.

1. In the banner list, **\[Upload Banner]** button click
2. Select a banner to upload by dragging or clicking the image
3. **\[Upload]** button to complete the upload
4. Uploaded banners can be [**\[Detailed Edit page\]**](#id-4)and [**\[Variation page\]**](#id-5)for detailed editing and creating variations in different ratios.

## 2. Concept List&#x20;

If you go back from the banner list screen, you can view the **Concept List**. The concept list refers to a banner group created based on the same production settings (production purpose, style, elements, etc.).

* **View Concept List**
* **Add New Concept**: <mark style="background-color:blue;">**When creating banners based on the same brand product, reselect the production settings such as the purpose and style you chose before**</mark>to create a new banner with a different concept from the existing one.

**\[Add New Concept]** Clicking the button does not immediately deduct credits; credits are deducted when you click the \[Create Banner] button at the copywriting step, the final step of banner production settings, at 20 credits per generated banner.

## 3. Banner Details

On the banner detail screen, you can view information about the generated banner and perform tasks such as editing, creating variations, and downloading.

1. **Ratio and edit count information**: The current banner’s **ratio information**and the **advertising media and resolution**corresponding to that ratio can be checked. The edit count indicates **\[Detailed Edit]**&#x68;ow many times the banner has been edited and generated from the original banner. *(Example: if you edit directly from the original banner → edit count 1 / if you edit the edited banner again → edit count 2)*
2. **Download**: **\[Download]** By clicking the button, you can check the supported media and resolution by ratio, then select only the files you need and download them.
3. **View key information**: You can check the settings information used to create the banner (logo/product image, copy, etc.).
4. **Detailed Edit**: You can create a modified version by editing some elements based on the Original banner.
5. **Version information: \[Detailed Edit]**&#x49;f additional banners are created through **the edited banner is generated as a new version, and the edit history accumulates.**. <mark style="background-color:blue;">**The first generated banner is shown as 'Ver 1' (original),**</mark>and each subsequent edit adds a new version, updating the edit count and version information. The most recently edited banner is shown with the highest number.
6. **Set as Representative: \[Set as Representative]** When you click the button, the banner is **\[Representative Version]**&#x61;nd displayed as the representative thumbnail in the banner list.
7. **Variation**: Based on the desired version among the Original banners, you can additionally create banners in other ratios, and each generated banner can be downloaded in sizes optimized for each medium. (Currently supported ratios: 1:1 / 3:2 / 3:4 / 4:5 / 5:4 / 9:16 / 16:9)
8. **View as Gallery and Download All**: You can view the generated banners in gallery form and compare multiple versions at a glance. **\[Download All]** By clicking the button, you can download all banners generated in that version at once in sizes by ratio.

## 4. Detailed Edit

You can create a new version by editing some elements of the Original banner. You can regenerate the banner by editing the items below. **(Banners created by variation cannot be detailed edited)**

* **Logo and product image**
* **Edit main / sub / button copy**
* **Enter additional request details (prompt-based edit)**

## 5. Variation

Of the Original banners, the ratio of the banner you want to generate from the desired version **\[Generate]** When you click the button, a banner is generated based on that ratio. After generation is complete, you can check the corresponding advertising media and resolution information for that ratio, select the needed size, and download it.

## 6. Personal/All Banners

The generated banner results can later be checked again in **\[Brand Analysis + Banner Creation]** at the bottom of the main screen under **Personal Banners** or **All Banners**.

* **Personal Banners:** You can view only the banners created with your personal account.
* **All Banners:** If you are using an enterprise team account, you can view all banners created by team members together.

When you hover over a banner, **\[Hide]** function can be used. The hide function is a management feature that removes a banner from the list without deleting it.

* If you choose hide, the banner will not be shown in the list.
* **\[Show Hidden Only]** When the toggle is turned on, only hidden banners are shown separately.

**Q. What is the difference between Add New Concept, Expand Style, and Detailed Edit?**

A. All three features allow you to create additional banners, but they differ in edit scope and production purpose.

* **Add New Concept**: Re-select the production purpose, style, copy direction, etc. that were set when creating the banner **to create a completely different concept of banner**.

  <mark style="background-color:blue;">**→ Use this when you want to create a completely new banner concept using the same product.**</mark>
* **Expand Style**: This is a feature that keeps the existing banner production settings while changing some elements such as images and copy, or making partial edits through prompts, to expand various style drafts while maintaining the concept.

* **Detailed Edit**: Logo, product image, copy, etc. **Partially edit only the needed elements**to generate a new version. Only the selected items are changed, and **the overall design structure and style of the banner remain the same.**

**Q. When expanding style, can I use a person image to make it look like a specific celebrity or model?**

A. If you use an image that can identify a specific person or a celebrity/model image, please be sure to check portrait rights and usage permissions in advance. Person images or copyrighted images can only be used if commercial use is permitted, and if the rights have not been secured, we recommend using them together with a prompt that changes appearance elements so that a specific person is not reproduced as is.

**Q. When using a person image for style expansion, how should I write the prompt?**

A. Please enter the desired action, pose, and creative direction together. If you are using an image that can identify a specific person, we recommend also entering in detail the elements to change, such as appearance features, hairstyle, and clothing, so it is not reproduced identically. *(e.g., Please refer to the attached model image and change the hairstyle of the existing model image.)*

**Q. Can uploaded banners also be detailed edited and varied?**

A. Yes. Banners uploaded directly can also use the detailed edit and variation features in the same way.

**Q. How are uploaded banners distinguished from FIXFOLIO-created banners?**

A. No. <mark style="background-color:blue;">**If you upload an image, please be sure to check portrait rights and usage rights.**</mark> In particular, person images or copyrighted images can only be uploaded and used if you hold the usage rights to that image.

**Q. Do I need to reset all items when doing a detailed edit?**

A. No. You can edit only the items that need changes by selecting (checking) them, and **items not selected keep their existing settings**.

A. Yes. FIXFOLIO’s variation feature generates banners by changing only the ratio while keeping the concept and design of the existing banner.

**Q. Are variations only possible for the 'original (Ver 1)'?**

A. No. Variations can be created not only from the original (Ver 1) but also from all versions of banners created through detailed editing.

**Q. Can banners created as variations also be detailed edited?**

A. No. Detailed editing is not supported for banners created as variations. If you need to edit the banner, **please first perform a detailed edit on the Original banner and then proceed with the variation.**

**Q. Do I need to download all resolutions when downloading?**

A. No. After checking the advertising media and resolution, you can select only the sizes you need and download them.
