Personal settings
In the personal settings menu, you can manage your personal information, view profile details, and change your password.
Account Management
Go to the Account Management page by clicking [Account Management] in the left menu or by clicking [Account Management] in the profile menu at the top right.

Profile
You can view user information in the profile menu and edit some details. After editing the information, click the [Save] buttonplease.
Change profile picture: You can upload and change images in JPG, PNG, or GIF format up to 5MB.
Change username: This will be reflected in the name shown in the top-right profile menu and on screens that display user information such as billing history and usage history.
The profile name is the name applied to user information and is managed separately from the account name (workspace name) currently displayed at the top. To change the account name, please refer to the [Account Settings page].

Cancel Membership
Membership cancellation is the procedure to terminate use of FIXFOLIO and delete the account and stored information. Please be sure to check the important notes before proceeding.
[Cancel Membership] Click button
After checking the important notes and agreeing, select the reason for cancellation and [Continue Cancellation] Click button
In the body of the membership cancellation confirmation email sent to the email address used at registration, [Cancel Membership] Click button, cancellation complete

When you cancel your membership, all service usage data cannot be restored under any circumstances.
Due to membership cancellation, expired subscription passes and paid credits are non-refundableand the refund policy is [Refund page] or [Terms of Service]please check.
The company will retain information that is required to be preserved under applicable laws and the privacy policy, such as the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and such information will not be destroyed during the prescribed retention period even after a member cancels.

If the membership cancellation confirmation email does not arrive at the entered email, please check the following items.
Please check that the email address is correct.
Please check your spam folder.
After proceeding with the membership cancellation procedure again, please check your mailbox once more.
Change password
Members who signed up with email or with a Google account can also set a password for email login ([[Gmail account only] Set Password page] Note) If set, the password can be changed in the same way. You can change it by entering your current password, then entering a new password and confirming the new password.
Password setting criteria
Enter at least 8 characters (Required)
Include numbers (Recommended)
Combination of uppercase and lowercase letters (Recommended)
Include special characters (Recommended)
We recommend setting a complex password for more secure account protection.

[Gmail account only] Set Password
Members who signed up with a Google account can also use the email login feature if they separately set a password for email login.
On the initial screen, email login will be shown as disabled, and [Activate account (Set password)] Click button
Enter a new password and confirm the password, click the [Set Password] button, password setup complete
We recommend setting a complex password for more secure account protection.
The changed password is the FIXFOLIO email login password and does not affect your Google account password.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. I changed my name in the profile, so why is the name at the top unchanged?
A. The profile name is applied to user information, and the account name displayed at the top must be changed separately in Account Settings. [Account Settings page]please refer to.
Q. Is the account deleted immediately after cancellation?
A. Yes. Clicking the [Cancel Membership] button in the email will finalize the account deletion.
Q. Will my credits be deleted when I cancel?
A. Yes. Subscription credits, purchased credits, and promotional credits you hold will all be forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be restored.
Q. Can I sign up again with the same email after cancellation?
A. Yes. You can sign up again with the same email after cancellation, but existing data will not be restored. Also, new signup promotional credits will not be issued again.
Q. I did not receive the membership cancellation confirmation email.
A. Please check the following.
Confirm that the email address was entered correctly
Check spam or promotions folders
After redoing the membership cancellation procedure, check your mailbox again
Q. If I don't know my current password, can't I change it?
A. If you do not know your current password, [Password Reset page]please refer to it to set a new password.
Q. If I signed up with a Google account, can I still change my password?
A. If you signed up with a Google account, you can change it after setting a password for email login. The changed password is the FIXFOLIO email login password and does not affect your Google account password.
Q. Will my Google account password also be changed?
A. No. The password you set is for FIXFOLIO email login and does not affect your Google account password.
Q. After setting a password for Google account email login, which login methods can I use?
A. You can use both Google login and email login.
