You can sign up and log in to FIXFOLIO using a Google account or email. Create an account using your preferred method and start using FIXFOLIO right away.

We provide 100 credits for free to new membersas a benefit. This offer is given on a first-come, first-served basis and may end early when the allocation is exhausted.
How to sign up
You can choose one of two methods to register.
You cannot register multiple ways with a single email address.
For example,
Email already registered with a Google account → Cannot register again with email
Email already registered with email → Cannot register with a Google account
If the email is already in use, please log in with the existing account.
(1) Sign up with a Google account

Complete account verification for the Google account you want to use to finish registration

Google login allows fast login without additional authentication.It is suitable if your Google account is already logged in on the browser or if you want to start quickly without separate password management.
(2) Sign up with email
[Sign up with Email] Click the button
Enter your email address and password, then [Register] Click the button
Enter the verification code (6 digits) sent to the email you provided, then [Verify] Click the button
Enter the name you will use for the service, then [Get Started] Click the button to complete registration

If you do not receive the verification email to the address you entered, please check the following items.
Please confirm that the email address is correct.
Check your spam folder.
After resending the verification code, please check your inbox again.
2. Log In
Please choose the login method according to the method you used when signing up.
Sign in with Google account: [Sign in with Google] Click the button and authenticate with the Google account you registered to complete login
Sign in with email: [Sign in with Email] Click the button, enter the registered email and password, and complete login

If you cannot log in, please check the following.
Confirm that you are using the same login method used during registration (Google / Email)
Make sure you are not logged in with a different Google account
Check for typos in the password when logging in with email
Available login methods may differ depending on the registration method.
If you signed up with a Google account: Google login and email login are both available (However, email login is available after setting a password; for details, [Password Setup Page for Gmail Accounts]please refer to.)
If you signed up with email: Only email login is available (Google login not supported)
Accounts registered with email or accounts registered with Google that have set a password for email login can reset their password using the [Password Reset] function if they forget it. For detailed instructions, [Password Reset Page]please refer to.
Password Reset
Accounts registered with email or accounts registered with Google that have set a password for email login can reset their password to log in again.
Even if you signed up with a Google account, if you have set a password for email login ([Password Setup Page for Gmail Accounts] note) you can reset it in the same way.
On the login screen, [Forgot your password? ] Click
Enter the email address for which you want to find the password, then [Receive reset email] Click the button
From the password reset instruction email sent to the entered email, [Reset Password] Click the button
Enter a new password and confirm the new password, then [Change Password and Log In] Click the button to complete the password reset

If you do not receive the password reset email to the entered address, please check the following items.
Please confirm that the email address is correct.
Check your spam folder.
After resending the verification code, please check your inbox again.

Q. I forgot my password.
A. For accounts registered with email, if you forget your password you can reset it using the password reset function. For detailed instructions, [Password Reset Page]please refer to.
Q. Can I reset my password if I signed up with a Google account?
A. If you signed up with a Google account, you can primarily use Google login. Email login is also possible only if you have separately set a password ([Password Setup Page for Gmail Accounts] note). In this case, the password that is changed during password reset is the password used for email login to FIXFOLIO, and it does not change your Google account's own password.
Q. Can I sign up with both a Google account and email at the same time?
A. No. You cannot register multiple ways with a single email address. If you have already registered with Google or email, you cannot register using another method with the same email
Q. If I signed up with a Google account, can I also use email login?
A. Yes. Accounts that signed up with a Google account and then set a password for email login can use both Google login and email loginmethods. For detailed instructions, [Password Reset Page]please refer to. Accounts registered with email do not support Google login.
Q. I did not receive the verification email or password reset email.
A. Please check the following.
Confirm you entered the correct email address
Check your spam folder or promotions folder
Resend the verification code and check again
Q. When are the new member credits awarded?
A. They are automatically granted after completing registration. However, new member credits are a first-come, first-served benefit and may end early when the allocation is exhausted.
Q. Can I use it on mobile as well?
A. FIXFOLIO is recommended for use in a PC environmentand is most stable when using the Chrome or Edge browser.
