Personal Settings

In the Personal Settings menu, you can manage your own user information, including checking your profile details and changing your password.

Account Management

From the left menu, click [Account Management], or click [Account Management] from the profile menu in the top right to go to the Account Management page.

Profile

In the profile menu, you can check your user information and edit some details. After editing the information, click the [Save] buttonPlease.

  • Change profile picture: You can change it by uploading JPG, PNG, or GIF images up to 5MB.

  • Change user name: The name displayed in the top-right profile menu and on screens where user information is shown, such as payment history and usage history, will be updated.

The profile name is the name applied to user information and is managed separately from the current account name (workspace name) displayed at the top. For changing the account name, please refer to the [Account Settings page].

  • Current email address information (The email information used for login cannot be changed.)

  • Connected platform information

  • Delete account: For more details, [Delete Account page]please refer to it.

Delete Account

Account deletion is the process of ending your use of FIXFOLIO and deleting your account and saved information. Before proceeding, be sure to check the important notes.

  1. [Delete Account] button click

  2. After checking the important notes and agreeing to them, select a reason for deletion, then [Continue Deletion] button click

  3. In the body of the account deletion confirmation email sent to the email address used during sign-up, [Delete] click the button to complete deletion

If you do not receive the account deletion confirmation email at the email address you entered, please check the following items.

  • Please make sure the email address is correct.

  • Please check your spam folder.

  • After repeating the account deletion process, please check your inbox again.

Change password

Members who signed up with email or who signed up with a Google account can also set an email login password([[Gmail account only] Password setup page] ) and change their password in the same way. You can change it by entering your current password, then entering your new password and confirming the new password.

Password setup criteria

  • Enter at least 8 characters (Required)

  • Include numbers (Recommended)

  • Combine uppercase and lowercase letters (Recommended)

  • Include special characters (Recommended)

For more secure account protection, we recommend setting a complex password.

[Gmail account only] Password setup

Even members who signed up with a Google account can use email login if they separately set a password for email login.

  1. On the initial screen, email login is shown as disabled, and [Activate account (set password)] button click

  2. enter a new password and confirm it, then click the [Set Password] button to complete password setup

For more secure account protection, we recommend setting a complex password.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


Q. I changed my name in my profile, but why does the name at the top stay the same?

A. The profile name is applied to user information, and the account name displayed at the top must be changed separately in Account Settings. [Account Settings page]please refer to it.


Q. Is my account deleted immediately after deleting my membership?

A. Yes. Once you click the [Delete] button in the email, the account deletion is finalized.


Q. Are the credits I have also deleted when I delete my account?

A. Yes. When you delete your account, subscription credits, top-up credits, and promotional credits you have will all be lost and cannot be restored.


Q. Can I sign up again with the same email after deleting my account?

A. Yes. You can sign up again with the same email after deletion, but your previous data cannot be restored. Also, new member promotion credits will not be granted again.


Q. I did not receive the account deletion confirmation email.

A. Please check the following.

  • Check whether you entered the email address correctly

  • Check your spam folder or promotional mail folder

  • After repeating the account deletion process, check your mailbox again


Q. If I don’t know my current password, can’t I change my password?

A. If you do not know your current password, [Password reset page]please refer to it and set a new password.


Q. Can I change my password even if I signed up with a Google account?

A. If you signed up with a Google account, you can change it after setting a password for email login. The password being changed is the FIXFOLIO email login password and does not affect your Google account password.


Q. Will my Google account password also be changed?

A. No. The password you set is the FIXFOLIO email login password and does not affect your Google account password.


Q. After setting an email login password for a Google account, which login methods can I use?

A. You can use both Google login and email login.
