Q. I forgot my password.

A. For accounts registered with email, if you forget your password you can reset it using the password reset function. For detailed instructions, [Password Reset Page]please refer to.


Q. Can I reset my password if I signed up with a Google account?

A. If you signed up with a Google account, you can primarily use Google login. Email login is also possible only if you have separately set a password ([Password Setup Page for Gmail Accounts] note). In this case, the password that is changed during password reset is the password used for email login to FIXFOLIO, and it does not change your Google account's own password.


Q. If I signed up with a Google account, can I also use email login?

A. Yes. If you signed up with a Google account, you can use both Google login and email loginHowever, accounts registered with email do not support Google login.


Q. I did not receive the verification email or password reset email.

A. Please check the following.

  • Confirm you entered the correct email address

  • Check your spam folder or promotions folder

  • Resend the verification code and check again
