# FIXFOLIO Service Termination Notice

Hello. This is the FIXFOLIO Team.\
We sincerely thank all customers who have used FIXFOLIO over the years.

Due to a change in FIXFOLIO’s internal service operation policy, **the service will end on June 30, 2026,**&#x61;nd after service termination, access to FIXFOLIO and viewing previously created results will be restricted. Any required data must be **downloaded by June 29, 2026.**&#x50;lease do so.

To minimize inconvenience to customers ahead of service termination, we provide the following notice.

## 1. Service termination schedule

* Service termination notice date: May 26, 2026
* Date and time new sign-ups and paid subscription payments will be suspended: May 26, 2026
* **Service termination date and time: June 30, 2026**
* **Data backup available until: June 29, 2026, 11:59 PM**&#x20;

**After the service ends, access to FIXFOLIO and all services such as banner creation, brand analysis, editing, additional generation, and downloading will no longer be available.**

## 2. Refund information

In accordance with the FIXFOLIO Terms of Service, regular refunds for payments made before service termination will be processed based on the existing refund policy. Regular refunds are available within 7 days from the payment date and only if no credits have been used.

However, for unused paid credits that will no longer be usable after June 30, 2026 due to service termination, you may apply for a refund under the following criteria.

* **Eligible for refund: unused subscription/top-up credits that remain usable within their validity period as of the service termination date**
* **Not eligible for refund: free trial credits, promotional credits, credits already used, subscription credits that expired and were lost before the service termination date**
* **Refund application period: from May 26, 2026, the service termination notice date, to November 25, 2026 (within 6 months)**

Credits provided through a subscription pass are renewed monthly, and any unused credits within that usage period are not carried over and will expire. Therefore, **subscription credits that expired normally before the service termination date are not eligible for refund.** On the other hand, **top-up credits purchased separately are eligible for refund if they remain unused within their validity period.**

Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used when paying for the paid credits. However, in the case of refunds for unused paid credits due to service termination, refunding through the same payment method may be difficult due to the expiration of the payment cancellation period or the policies of card companies and payment processors. <mark style="background-color:blue;">**If a refund through the same payment method is not possible, we will notify the user in advance and obtain consent before processing the refund to the account provided in the refund application.**</mark>

## 3. How to apply for a refund

<mark style="background-color:blue;">**'<help@fixfolio.ai>'**</mark> Please apply for a refund by email and include the information below. After receiving your request, the 담당자 will verify whether you are eligible and the refundable amount, then process refunds sequentially.

Refunds are generally processed through the same payment method used at the time of payment, so payment information is required. However, if a refund through the same payment method is not possible, it may be processed as a bank account refund.

  > **If a refund through the same payment method is not possible, I agree to receive the refund to the bank account above.**

**After the service ends, access to FIXFOLIO will not be possible, so please save the information needed for your refund request separately.**

**Refund processing information**

* Eligible refund credits are calculated **at KRW 80 per credit** as the standard.
* Received refund requests will be processed sequentially after confirmation by the 담당자.
* It may take about 3 to 7 business days to complete the refund process.
* When a refund is processed, the credits included in that payment will be reclaimed by the system.

## 4. Data download information

After the service ends, access to FIXFOLIO and viewing previously created results will be restricted. Any required data must be **downloaded by June 29, 2026,** please do so.

#### Items that need to be downloaded

* Created banner images
* Brand analysis results
* Uploaded logo and product images
* Uploaded reference images
* Other assets saved while using the service

## 5. Personal information and usage history handling

After the service ends, your personal information and service usage data will be destroyed or separately stored in accordance with relevant laws and the Privacy Policy. For details, please refer to [**\[FIXFOLIO Privacy Policy\]**](https://www.igaworks.com/privacy).
